Casa Catarina ist eine Ferienwohnung für 5 Personen im Erdgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und mit ihren 52qm bestens für Familien oder Freundesgruppen geeignet. Sie befindet sich in ruhiger Tallage in unmittelbarer Meeresnähe. Der Strand von Ferrato ist etwa 200m entfernt und lässt sich über verschiedene Wege erreichen. Ganz im Grünen gelegen ist der umzäunte Garten mit elektrischem Einfahrtstor auch für Haustiere geeignet. Ein großzügiger Grillplatz mit Pavillon,  Fahrradgarage, Platz für Hängematte und Zelt, Frühstücksplatz mit Meerblick oder eine Wiese zum Spielen lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Casa Catarina è una casa vacanze per 5 persone al piano terra di una casa bifamiliare. L’appartamento è privo di barriere architettoniche e con i suoi 52 mq è ideale per famiglieo gruppi di amici. Si trova in una valle tranquilla vicino al mare. La spiaggia di Ferrato dista circa 200 metri ed è raggiungibile attraverso vari sentieri. Situato in un’area verde, il giardino recintato con cancello elettrico è adatto anche agli animali domestici. Un’ampia zona barbecue con gazebo, garage per biciclette, spazio per amaca e tenda, posto per la colazione con vista mare o un prato per giocare non lasciano nulla a desiderare.

Casa Catarina is a holiday flat for 5 people on the ground floor of a two-family house. The flat is barrier-free and, with its 52 square metres, ideally suited for families or groups of friends.It is located in a quiet valley close to the sea. The beach of Ferrato is about 200m away and can be reached via various paths.Situated in a green area, the fenced garden with electric gate is also suitable for pets. A spacious barbecue area with pavilion, bicycle garage, space for hammock and tent, breakfast place with sea view or a meadow for playing leave nothing to be desired.
