Casa Christina ist eine Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen im Souterrain des Haupthauses. Die Wohnung ist über einen separaten Zugang erreichbar und mit ihren 45qm bestens für Paare, Familien oder Freundesgruppen geeignet. Die großzügige Terrasse von über 60qm lädt zum Sonnen, Sterne beobachten und zum Verweilen ein. Von hier hat man einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal und die Bucht von Ferrato. Ein großer Gasgrill mit zusätzlichem Kochfeld ermöglicht das Kochen im Freien zu jeder Tageszeit. Vor dem Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine weitere kleinere Terrasse, welche ganz unterschiedlich genutzt werden kann. Egal ob Yoga, Workout, Spielteppich oder Wäscheständer, … Hier findet jeder seine Entspannung. Die Strände von Ferrato und Straccoligno sind innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

L’appartamento è accessibile da un ingresso indipendente e con i suoi 45 mq è ideale per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici. L’ampia terrazza di oltre 60 mq invita a prendere il sole, a guardare le stelle e a soffermarsi. Da qui si ha una splendida vista sulla valle e sulla baia di Ferrato. Una grande griglia a gas con piano cottura supplementare permette di cucinare all’aperto in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Davanti alla camera da letto c’è un’altra terrazza più piccola, che può essere utilizzata in molti modi diversi. Che si tratti di yoga, di allenamento, di giocare a tappeto o a cavallo dei vestiti, … Qui ognuno trova il suo relax. Le spiagge di Ferrato e Straccoligno sono raggiungibili a piedi in massimo 10 minuti.

The flat is accessible via a separate entrance and with its 45sqm is ideally suited for couples, families or groups of friends. The spacious terrace of over 60sqm invites you to sunbathe, watch the stars and linger. From here you have a wonderful view over the valley and the bay of Ferrato. A large gas barbecue with additional hob allows outdoor cooking at any time of the day. In front of the bedroom is another smaller terrace, which can be used in many different ways. Whether yoga, workout, play carpet or clothes horse, … Here everyone finds his relaxation. The beaches of Ferrato and Straccoligno can be reached on foot within a maximum of 10 minutes.
